Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting our postcode lookup service due to a problem with our third-party supplier. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can add address records manually to progress an enquiry and use the DMS as normal. Thank you in advance for your patience, The Clickers.
